Frequently Asked Questions: Brows

  1. Am I a good candidate for permanent eyebrows?
You are only ineligible for permanent brows if you are: pregnant, breast feeding, if you have skin diseases, keloid disorder, skin cancer, or if you're taking skin medications like steroids. You must also be 18+.

  2. Which brows should I choose?
So it depends on your existing brow hairs and skin type. Before the appointment there will be a consultation and I will discuss which method I feel would suit you best.

  3. Does it hurt?
No. I use a very effective numbing cream. If you feel anything it will be slight and very tolerable. If you ever feel discomfort, be sure to tell your artist so you can have more numbing cream.

  4. How long does it take?
Approximately 3 hours. With permanent makeup, you never want to rush the process. Numbing will take about 50 minutes to ensure a pain free procedure. I will design your brows with pencil. We will both come to an agreement on the shape before tattooing. Brow pigment will be customized due to skin tone and undertones.

  5. How long will it last?
Touch ups are necessary in order to maintain a dark brow. Your first touch up is FREE but must be booked within 4-10 weeks after your initial appointment. Afterwards your brows will last 1-3 years. Pricing will vary according to time.
